DETAILS:

Brooks entered Go Prime Mortgage around 0400 after finding an open door in the business. Brooks was found by staff inside the business, who stated he went into the business to sleep because it was cold outside. Brooks was found after leaving the area and admitted to going inside the residence.

Officers were assisting with a camp cleanup and contacted Artherholt at the location. He returned with a warrant out of Douglas County Community Corrections for parole violation. The warrant was confirmed through records and he was taken into custody.

Winfrey was contacted pulling a wagon through the park. There were two large barbarian style (Conan) swords hanging out of the back of the wagon.

Officers contacted Hubschman after he was called in for being inside of a car in the back parking lot. While inside the vehicle he stole $19 and two necklaces with crystal pendants from inside and stabbed a hole in the seat with a pocketknife. Officers detained Hubschman near the vehicle and found the money and necklaces in his pockets.

DETAILS:

Officers responded to a non-injury traffic crash at the above listed location. James left a parking lot attempting to turn eastbound on NW Edenbower Blvd and failed to yield right of way to Martin who was driving westbound and the vehicles crashed. Both vehicles were towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing.
